What We Do
You can’t be there every time someone needs access to your home — but we can. Whether it’s routine service, repairs, or deliveries, we handle all scheduling, supervision, and follow-up. That way, the work gets done without disrupting your day.
After each visit, you'll receive a photo report and summary of findings so you're always in the loop — even when you're away.
Scheduling & Access Management
We coordinate directly with vendors and service providers, so you don’t have to:
Schedule regular or one-time appointments with cleaners, handymen, HVAC, etc.
Provide on-site access and secure the property before and after
Greet vendors, explain tasks, and ensure work begins as planned
Stay on-site (if needed) to supervise or answer questions
Lock up and reset alarms when service is complete
Oversight & Communication
We don’t just unlock the door — we manage the process:
Confirm work is completed before vendors leave
Take photos of any changes, repairs, or deliveries
Keep notes on vendor performance and quality
Flag any concerns or recommend next steps
Maintain a trusted list of local service providers you can rely on
